If you aren’t happy, neither are we. Our 30-day stress-free returns and exchange policy dates from the day you receive your order. For domestic (U.S.) hammock returns, we will provide a free return shipping label once your return is approved. Please note that for international orders and for hammock stand orders, the shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer. Each returned item will be inspected to determine that it is in unused, resalable condition. If upon inspection the items are deemed in unsalable condition or have been used or altered in any way, your refund or exchange credit will be subject to approval.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be damaged.
